Using Shioja

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, comply with applicable law, and use the platform only for authorised business activity.

Keys and environments

Public keys are intended for approved read operations. Secret keys must remain on trusted servers. Test and live environments are separate; you are responsible for selecting the correct credentials and funding the correct wallet.

Orders and funds

Order creation may deduct product and delivery amounts from the applicable wallet. Integrations must use idempotency correctly and reconcile uncertain responses before creating another order.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Additive improvements may be released within an API version. Breaking API changes require a new versioned path or an announced migration process.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse rate limits, probe for unauthorised data, resell credentials, interfere with service operation, or use Shioja for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
